I had a very disappointing experience with them. Their manager lacked both professionalism and basic manners. They seemed poorly trained and handled things carelessly, causing scratches on doors and paying no attention to where the dirt and dust were spreading during the cleaning process. They were also careless about cleaning equipment touching curtains, beds, and other furniture. The service was extremely slow, and overall the work quality was far below expectations. To make matters worse, the manager was quite rude and unprofessional in handling concerns. One worker was decent and polite, but the other worker performance was very unpleasant. I had to clean a lot after them, so deep cleaning is not at all deep cleaning. Mine was 1 BHK only and in 3 hrs all they did was kitchen, wardrobe, 2 windows, and at the end in 10-15 minutes they did vacuum, mop and dusting. I would not recommend their services if you are expecting professional and careful cleaning.

I had booked with cleanfox.ae for Oven/stove degreasing and sofa deep cleaning. Nicole, Anisa and Ali did an amazing job and made it all look as good as new. They were really very dedicated to their work. They had brought all necessary equipments and supplies and they even cleaned the area spotless after the deep cleaning was completed. I also appreciate their politeness and how they did their work.
